The Chehalis Basin Board is developing a long-term Chehalis Basin Strategy to protect people and aquatic life for decades to come.
This online open house will be live September 8–October 31, 2025 for you to learn more about what progress has been made to date, understand the long-term options under consideration, and share your feedback.
How to use this online open house
Explore information at your own pace and provide input from anywhere. This platform is designed for those who cannot attend our in-person informational open house events, who want to access the information before or after the events, or who would like it translated into a different language (see top right). It also differs from the Office of Chehalis Basin website by providing focused information on the long-term Chehalis Basin Strategy. Features include:
Easy navigation
Use the menu at the top of the page to move between topic areas or use the button at the bottom of each page to advance to the next section.
Interactive elements
Throughout the open house, you will find maps, videos, and other features to help you better understand the issues and proposed solutions.
In-depth resources
Look for download links to access detailed reports and additional information.
Comment station
You will find a dedicated comment form at the end of the online open house where you can share your input on what you want the Chehalis Basin Board to consider as it weighs the current long-term strategy options.
In-person open houses
The Office of Chehalis Basin (OCB) is also hosting two in-person open houses:
- Thursday, September 25, 2025, 5:00-7:30 pm at the Veteran’s Memorial Museum in Chehalis

Both in-person and online open houses will provide the same information. Join us if you can!
